Question : Convert mailbox to room
So I have a few mailboxes that were conference rooms that I Would like to convert to actual conference mailboxes. We just did a e2k3 to e2k7 migration and now i see this functionality. Also, certain users are getting emails when a request is made to a room.
So should I remove that address, then login as the mailbox to allow auto accept etc? kind of like setting up a new conference room?
I want to ensure I don't lose existing calendar items etc.
