Question : Integrating Raid Drivers in the OS

We have an issue where we cannot use a floppy disk to install rain controller drivers for a Dell Precision workstation with Raid Controller.

Therefore, we are looking for a way to integrate the drivers into the OS the easiest way possible without paying for third party programs since they are not authorized on the network.

Does anybody have any suggestings?
