Question : howto configure alias with multiple forwards in Exchange 2007
I want to create a fake email account on our SBS 2008 Exchange server, e.g.
[email protected]
, where 'info' is not an actual user. I want all email directed to
[email protected]
to be routed to three email addresses:
[email protected]
,
[email protected]
and
[email protected]
. Note that one of these emails is NOT to the local domain.
How do I do this?
Answer : howto configure alias with multiple forwards in Exchange 2007
In AD, create a distribution group and assign it the info@ address. Then, create a contact in AD for external email user. Then add the 2 accounts and 1 contact as members of the distribution group you created.
