Question : Exchange 2003 - Recipient policy to enable/disable Activesync mobile access?

Hi Experts,

can anyone confirm for me if its possible to set Activesync access in Exchange 2003 via Recipient Policy?

Searching around i get lots of hits on Exchange 2007 policies, but none on 2003 - basically i want to limit who can access it to an AD group, if possible.
