Question : Drupal 6 Mime module

Hi,
I am responsible for a community website where we want to implement Newsletter functionality. We want to send Newsletters with Image Attachment / or PDF attachment and were considering the Drupal Mime Module. We have Drupal 6.2 and Mime for this version is still alpha. I was afraid of implementing this module. Is it safe? Are there any bugs I should know of? Is there any alternative? I am using Simplenews for the Newsletters.

Answer : Drupal 6 Mime module

Mime Mail should be safe. If you look at the statistics, http://drupal.org/project/usage/mimemail, over 10,000 sites are using the 6.x version.
