Question : filing book

HOT URLs seems like the only place here.  I know I am in the wrong place for posting this type of question but here goes anyway.  This is a non-technical question.

I am looking for a pre-filing book such that you see in some doctor's offices.  It's a simple system A-Z where you simply put the pages inside before you go to file them.  It helps make filing more of a batch task when you have lots of paper to go through.

I've scoured ebay and can't find one.  Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
