Question : Network confguration options in ESXi

I have 4 identical ESXi 4.1 hosts.  There is only one subnet available for the entire ESXi environment.  I know this is a big limitation, but that cannot be changed.  Also, iSCSI is used to connect to the datastores.  There are about 15 VMs on each host.  There are six physical NICs on each host. We want to use Vmotion for DRS, HA, and FT.  How should the networking be configured according to best practices?  This is what I am thinking:
2 teams of 2 physcial NICs per host:
1 team for VMs
1 team for Vmotion, VMkernel
2 non-teamed NICs for iSCSI (using multipathing) per host.
Does this look otpimal?
Also, From what I understand, HA and FT have to be on different subnets. So I am assuming that we have to use one or the other - correct?
Also, no service console exists as this is ESXi - correct?

Answer : Network confguration options in ESXi

Correct, there is no service console on esxi, however you still need a network for vSphere vCenter Server / Client connections.

Are the iSCSI connections also on the same subnet as everything else?

Are you able to add another switch or even get your current switch ports in a vlan for vmotion etc?

Ideally you want to have each of these on separate switches or vlans.  If you could add another switch, placed in the rack somewhere and have private networks for vmotion and iscsi, etc, that would work.
