Question : What is hhumbek.sys?

Does anyone know what this file is?
c:\windows\system32\drivers\hhumbek.sys

I cannot find anything on Google about it.  Enigma Conficker Removal Tool keeps identifying it as the Conficker Virus.  It tries to clean it and says it has been removed, but the file never gets deleted and I cannot manually remove it.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
