Question : 2008 terminal server functions

I currently have all 2003 servers and am thinking of upgrading to 2008 servers.  We use 2003 terminal server and users connect through remote desktop when working from home. Are the 2008 terminal server functions the same as 2003 terminal server, like users being able to copy and paste from/to their desktop or the terminal server when connected through remote desktop?  I know I will have to update all CALS and such.  Workstations are all running Windows XP Pro.
Thanks,
CJA

Answer : 2008 terminal server functions

Yes they are the same, but with a lot more added functionality.

these being things like

remote apps
remote TS Gateway
Easy print (resolves lots of driver errors)

and lots lots more

Trust me, 2008 is far better than 2003 TS, though you will need new CALS as you mention..
