Question : Monitor displays streaks of blurriness

I have a dell 22in flat panel that displays streaks of blurriness very subtle but definitely noticable. It seems to only appear on text like in windows explorer when browsing files and folders. On the same computer but a different monitor prior to the 22in I experienced the same problem and a simple driver update corrected it. I did the same this time but the issue was not corrected. Graphics card is Quadro FX570  Monitor is Dell 22in P2210

If your PC resolution doesn't exactly match the native resolution of the LCD, you may see blurriness (I would call it "less crisp" areas - don't know if that's the same thing).  Is your adapter set to 1680x1050 (I believe native for your LCD)?
