Question : how can ms office 2007 sell for $59

customer provided me this link to software they found (web) where ms office pro was $59 for download copy and slightly more for CD.

What's up with this?

Dodgy company. I have come across a couple of these before. Large distributors cannot buy the software anywhere near that price.  They will  take your money and disappear or give you a download to copy with a key, but you don't really own the license.
