Question : Outlook 2007 freezes forwarding email

Hi ... I've searched the knowledge base for problems related to this (Outlook 2007 freezes) and found the closest parallel here http://www.experts-exchange.com/Software/Office_Productivity/Groupware/Outlook/Q_25497491.html?sfQueryTermInfo=1+2007+freez+outlook

The freezing I'm experiencing for the last few days occurs when I try to forward email and add email recipients. Outlook freezes and I have to restart it.  I've followed the advice in the above link, except in trying to execute Scampst.exe, I don't know where the .pst files are (assuming this is a step I should execute?).

Hope this is clear.  Thanks for any help -- you guys are great.

Answer : Outlook 2007 freezes forwarding email

Take a backup of all contact's(local), and also take a backup of your PST file.

And don't delete this folder,

C:\Documents and Settings\Thomas Langan\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

Just go to
C:\Documents and Settings\Thomas Langan\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\
and rename Outlook folder to Outlook_BKP

and do the other parts..
