Question : Cleaning Up NTDS Objects

I had one of two Win2003 servers crash.  I cleaned up everything everywhere except for the server in AD Sites and Services. W2k3-1 (failed/removed server) makes reference to the current working DC,w2k3-2.  In a similar manner, W2K3-2 NTDS object refences W2K3-1.
Since I have only one DC (until next week) can I delete both servers and their NTDS objects in Sites and Services?
