Question : Need to reduce a whole folder's pictures

I need to post a bunch of ads on eBay, but do not want to reduce the resolution of every picture, one at a time.  Is there a program that can do that?

I use Irfanview but need to open, modify then save each file, which is time consuming. Is there a way to do all files in a folder?
