Question : Word document from server is empty

Hello All,

I have a user that is working on a word document on the server, when she saves it it saves. But  when she opens it or send it to someone it's empty. What would cuase this ?

If she is opening the exact file that she is saving, and she saved it without error, then something is seriously wrong.  If the server is mirroring/raid, then it may be messing up there.  Can you give any details about the server and hard disks setup?  What version of the OS, version of word, etc.?  Any details...you never know what might be helpful.
