Question : Drupal Newsletter - SimpleNews settings

Hi everyone, I am new to Drupal.
I have installed drupal and simplenews for newsletters.
Basically I want unauthenticated users to be able to suscribe.
But I want to ask their names and emails, not only emails as simplenews does.
Also I don't want them to be sent a confirmation email to ask them if they REALLY want to suscribe and press another butten. Just want to send them an Email like: "thanks joe for suscription"

Do you want the name to appear only in the welcome e-mail, or do you want to store it as well, for use in all newsletters?
