Question : How do I add a second domain controller for OWA authentiion on Exchange 2007?

We have two domain controllers. Both are global catalog servers running on Server 2003. Consultant came in and set up Exchange 2007 and OWA. Authentication worked fine for OWA until I tested taking down the "primary" domain controller. So I need to let OWA know there is a second domain controller. The rest of our single domain authenticates ok through the second DC. Just not OWA. So there must be some place I can just configure the name of the second controller.
