Question : IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL MESSAGE

Recently when I am powering down, I am getting a blue screen with:
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL MESSAGE
My computer is a Dell M65 Laptop, Windows XP Professional, 3gb RAM, 100gb hard drive, purchased Aug 2006.  
I need help to track down which driver/software is causing the problem.  Thank you.
