I looked for ways to reassign the built-in hotkeys and found none. Then, I bumped into Sharpkeys; but, no, you are changing what happens when you press that key by remapping it to send the scan code of the key you want.
How often do you use the NumLock key or, does it work if you use NumLock and then the CTRL++ (it's the ? key in NumLock mode)?
