Question : EZ_GPO (Not so easy)

My Environment:  Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows XP SP3 with Extensions

I've been fighting EZ_GPO for Power Management all day and don't understand what I'm missing?  I've set up a new GPO in a Computer OU.  This GPO installs the MSI for EZ_GPO (this appears to work okay) and then the same GPO should be applying the power settings from the ADM template that I've configured.

RSOP on the workstation shows that my times from the ADM have been set, but when I run powercfg /q on the PC its reporting back the PCs original times as if they haven't been applied.

I don't get it...???

Answer : EZ_GPO (Not so easy)

Step 1
Restart your PC to release the locks on your profiles.

Step 2
Log on with another administrative account.

Step 3
Delete or rename C:\Users\%username%

Step 4
Delete C:\Users\TEMP

Step 5
Delete the registry key matching your SID from
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList".
