Question : CRM Backstop

Hi guys,
My client is looking at investing in a web based CRM called Backstop.  Anyone familiar with that?  Their CRM is tailored for the hedge funds.    
Any insignt on that and what the requirements from the internal infrastructure?

First u download the zip file and sing the command for unzip the file
#unzip filename.zip
#cd filename
#./configure
#make
#make install
