Question : File size limits on NAS units that employ ext2 or ext3 file structures

It has been very difficult to get accurate information on this issue.

As I understand it, many (or most??) NAS units today use a ext2 or ext3 file structure which limits the largest file size to 2 or 4 GB depending on file block size.  (Correct me if I am mistaken.)
I need to buy a NAS unit that can save files of 40GB in size.

Do many NAS units have this file size limitation??  I'm very uncertain.
Should I buy a NAS unit with NTFS?  Is that possible?

Read this carefully:
http://notes2dekiwikisample.wik.is/Lotus_Cpp_API/01_Reference_Guide/LNNote_Class/LNNote::CreateItem

You should use CreateItem only once, then you use the proper method to append rich text.

A good manual, still valid probably:
