Question : CD burner suddenly stopped working after not being used for a year

I have a CD burner that I have only used about 10 times, and I haven't used it for at least a year, but it won't open up when I push the open/close button on the front of it.

Could it be that it has just become dusty on the inside and that's why it doesn't work anymore? I unscrewed the top of the drive, and got some of the dust out of it, and when I plugged it back in, the power light came on, but the door still won't eject.

Or is there some other method that I could get it working again?

chasmx1: You were given proper advice from MS (as well as previous comments in this question.) SBS simply does not support multiple NICs at this time, and attempting to run them breaks more than it fixes. I would not recommend even trying to re-enable and team the NICs if you have a stable installation.
