Question : Does a slower card reduce the speed of my overall network?
I have a small business network with 10 PCs and 2 xray devices attached to a linksys router via a 3COM 10/100 switch.
One of the network devices (an xray scanner) is fixed at 10 mbit half duplex. Will this device slow my overall network speed, just the PC that communicates with it or not affect networks speeds at all?
Answer : Does a slower card reduce the speed of my overall network?
>Will this device slow my overall network speed
No, only devices that communicate with your scanner will be affected by the slowest link
