Question : pc to iphone sms

I'm interested in being able to send sms messages to iPHones from my PC.  I've got mobile apps, what I need is a way to use texting from my PC

running Windows 7 home  on my desktop
WinXP pro on my old laptop.

I don't like texting, but I do like sending texts to key contacts.  I want to be able to just type a quick message and send it to my contacts.

I'd like to use the same system on both of my pcs.

No frills, just sms.
