Question : Accessing Objects in the .Net Data Access Engine

I have a project which requires me to connect to two disparate data sources at the same time. These data sources are linked via a common buffer array from SQLBINDCol. Now for my question, is there a 3rd party software vendor who has a .Net interface which exposes the DataReader (SQLBindCol) buffer cache?
