Question : SQL Error: An error has occurred while trying to access the license validation file

Hello experts,
I am getting error when I open SSMS after I installed SQL server 2008 on my machine.
Error says: An error has occurred while trying to access the license validation file. Please reinstall SQL server to correct this file.

I remember it was working last time and I was able to connect I think, Don't know why its throwing this error and what are my options to repair this. Please help. Thanks
