Question : Access 2007 - Forms

My OS is Win Exp prof and i am using Access 2007.  i am creating a form, and as usual when you drag a field, the label is to the left and the field itself to its right, eg :
  First Name :   Field First Name

Is there a simpler way of placing the field, Field First Name, just below the label First Name, so that it will be like this :

 First Name
 Field First Name

As u can see it will be left aligned with the label name.   Thanks.
