Question : Having trouble import a .xls file into ACCESS 2007

Having trouble importing a .xls file into ACCESS 2007.
I am also have trouble open this excel .xls file in excell 2007 as well.

I am not sure why? I did try and look at some setting but can't figure it out.

Re: 301286-201007-OExcelCellDT.xls
rename it to 301286-201007-OExcelCellDT.csv
if icon still looks like excel file the double click to open to import
on import screen choose TAB as a delimiter and un-select COMMA if selected
