Question : Start-up Manager for Windows 7 64-bit

I'm running Windows 7 64-bit and the boot-up time is very lengthy. Can anyone recommend software that would allow me to see exactly what is happening during start-up and that would enable me to manage what starts up at boot.

John - Hope you heard abt the Performance monitoring in Windows 7, its got  lot of features for us to diag various stages of OS.

Collect the data from,
Computer management -> Performance -> Data Collector sets -> Startup Event Trace Sessions.

Note: During Diag, performance can hinder.
