Question : Allow my domain user to install printer driver

I have windows 2008 server as an Active directory. And for some reason that i don't know yet, sometime users get a screen to update printer driver when they print. But when they click on install driver, they cannot do it because it ask for an administrator.

how can i remove this protection and let everybody install driver update
