Question : Recovery disk for System 7 Ultimate

I want to buy a Dell Studio 15  laptop but it looks like they don't send you a recovery disk with it. Is it possible to create a recovery disk under Windows System 7 Ultimate? If so, can you please give me a step by step procedure? Thank you;
