Question : Oracle administrative group

Hey guys how do I check whether my name is added in Oracle administrative group so that I can do patching as a administrator. If it is not added than how can I add my name in administrator group. Thanks for your help in advance.

What OS?

It might be: User Accounts or something similar.  It's under Control Panel.  Or you could right-click on My Computer and select Manage.  Then you might see, depending on the Windows version: Local Users and Groups.
