Question : Intel Server board, SE7520AF2, RAID issues

This board has intel RAID built in and two SCSI ports on board.  I have two 300 gig Hitachi drives and two 300 gig seagate drives in the bay on the RAID controller on board.

When I log into the config utuility, it reports that all 4 drives are 300 gig drives, but when I try to set up my RAID 5, i end up with just under 600 gigs of space.  When I go back into the LSI utility, it shows the drives as 143 gig drives.

any ideas?

Answer : Intel Server board, SE7520AF2, RAID issues

According to the manual it only supports 0 or 1.. not 5..

LSI Logic* integrated mirroring and integrated striping

In either case it may be a size thing.. I would suggest to update the bios/raid controller bios..
