Question : Exchange 2007, OWA login/password failes for one user

I have one user that cannot access OWA,  "The user name or password is invalid, try again".
the Exchange 2007 log file shows the attempt seems to have a 443 error (?) near the users name.
I have tried the following:
Confirmed the correct AD password,
Reset her AD password
Confirmed her Exchange Permissions in AD security (R,W etc)
Compared her AD settings as far as groups etc to others
Confirmed her OUTLOOK client works fine.
My only suspicion is  this is a legacy user from an old Exchange 200 box that got transferred over to the new Exchange Server last year and we never checked her for OWA

should I look to compare two power shell user printouts (one working user and her)?

One more thing..

Under the SECURITY tab in AD, make sure the rights for Exchange Enterprise, Exchange Recipient and Exchange Servers are consistent with other users.
