Question : Printing MS Access 2007 / 2010 report to PDF in a specific folder on local hdd

I need to print a ms access report as a PDF either through the inbuilt PDF creator or using a PDF printer and create it in a specific location on the local computer.

The important part is for the process to be a one button process from an access form button where the VBA takes care of the process and maybe outputs a message to advise the PDF was created successfully.

gpg is great, but its compression isn't the greatest and pki is overkill given you are both the sender and consumer of the data.

how about using 7-zip? ( http://www.7-zip.org/ ) - its free, you can script it easily enough, you can split the resulting archive into chunks if that makes life easier, and when used with a static password, it encrypts with [email protected] - which for gpg would be best-case (normally gpg uses 128 bit crypto)
