Question : Internet options will not open in IE7

All of a sudden I am unable to open internet options under the tools of internet explorer 7.  I cannot upgrade to IE8 because of conflicts with some software that we utilize.  It had been working previously.  I have not done any changes, i.e. new programs, etc.  I did recently have some corrupted dll files that were preventing outlook from working, but I resolved that.  Virus scan shows no viruses.  Any suggestions?

Answer : Internet options will not open in IE7

If above fails, try a repair install of IE7.
