Question : Macro to copy and paste values for a range based on date
We have a spreadsheet where we enter in various data by day. When the data has been entered and checked for a particular day, we want to copy and paste the values to overwrite the formulas. I don't want to protect the sheet - just copy and paste as values to remove some of the lookup formulas that may change the data over time. The spreadsheet will grow over the days and months so to make it easy for the inputer, I want to have a macro that will pop up an input box asking for the date range to copy and paste as values. The macro will then look for the date through Column A and where the date equals the inputed date will copy and paste values for column A:D.
Can some gifted macro writer be able to provide some code that will do that?
