Question : IIS 7 Handler Mappings

Recently used web deploy to migrate from IIS6 to IIS7, all went OK. Our config involves 200+ Virtual directories and im trying to find a solution that will allow the propagation of parent handler mappings down to all these virt dirs (without going through the GUI clicking "revert to parent") Any ideas?
