Question : How to automatically resize pictures in Outlook 2007

I would like to setup outlook 2007 on a few users to automatically resize attached photos.  Is there a way to set this by default either through the client machine or through group policy?

In a word, no.  Picture formatting is in the message.  If you can create a message (i.e. use HTML formatting) that will resize the picture, then it might be possible,  There are no group policies or configuration settings that control this.
