Question : Need Software to Create Simple House Blueprint and Insert into Brochure

I have a customer who sells Real Estate.  They like to create a blueprint that lays out the rooms of each home they sell.  They need to be able to simply create the blueprint and then insert blueprint into their datasheet about the home which is created in MS Word 2007.  Anyone know of any easy way to accomplish this?  We have tried Punch Software to no avail and even their tech support has been NO help at all!  Thank you!
