Question : Changing the Install Dir in a MST\MSI

I have a problem where I try to install a MSI and use the INSTALLDIR parameter to repoint it to a different directory, but it does not work.

Where within the MST can I hard code the installation directory ? I'm using ORCA, what syntax would be used ?
