Question : Large Exchange 03 Server log files

Hi, Exch Server 03 -
C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\mailservername.log contains a file titled 20100707.log which is nearly 2GB's in size, there are a number of other similarly titled files around 750mb in size - what are these and can I move or delete them as I'm running out of space on the C drive they're located on.  Thanks.

Those are the Message Tracking logs.

Disable message tracking and then delete them and renable.
