Question : Sharing Contacts with Outlook 2003

I have an SBS 2003 and a terminal server. The TS is where their email is located to. They use Outlook 2003.

I currently have shared contacts but in order for them to see another person's contacts, they would need to look up the other user. ex: IF person A wanted to see person's B contacts, person A would have to look up person B. I do not want this.

I am curious on how I can accomplish the following:

Have only 1 contact list.

Setup the contacts so the people could share contacts with each other. I want this setup so that all their contacts would be located in the same spot or folder.

I don't want any of the users to look up another person's contacts to access them.

If person A setups a new contact, person B should get it on their contact list automatically.

Is this possible? If so, how?

Answer : Sharing Contacts with Outlook 2003

OK well if you have SBS2003 then your outlook clients connect to Exchange. In exchange you have public folders. Create a new public folder of type contacts and away you go :D Shared contacts.

Also depending on how many users you are, have a look at www.mxcontact.com
