Question : Sync two different libraries to an iPad

I am abroad and have my iTunes library on a PC at home to which I sink an iPad. I have a laptop here onto which I have added some films and TV shows to another iTunes library I have just set up. Is there any why to get the films and TV onto the iPad without removing what is currently on the iPad, which is what Itunes Library is threatenning to do. Thanks
