Question : Blackberry Handheld Added Items not syncing with Server

Have client with BES 5.0.  Have 14 handhelds connected. One of handhelds when user adds contacts, they don't sync to server so that they appear in Outlook.  When he adds calendar items, they sync fine.  Also, when he adds any items in Outlook, they all sync fine to hh.  Is there any way to resolve this without wiping hh and starting over? Have tried shutting phone off and on but no go.Also, have restarted BES, but no difference. Need ASAP.

Remove user from BES, then re-add.

Have you verified this personally? I have noticed a lot of BB users don't understand filters in BB.
