Question : power information dialog box ubuntu

When i have my laptop on battery power a dialog box pops up with your battery has yada yada remaining, and it stays there for seriously minutes and it gets annoying how do i remove it? I can not right click and close it..

I do this in two steps.  Change it from the domain to a workgroup.  Then change it to the new domain.  That should do the trick for you.
