Question : Shadow protect Image Manager not working

I have Shadow protect Image Manager from Storagecraft installed but fails to start automatically after a reboot under windows services. I reinstalled it and it worked until I rebooted

When I try to restart it manually it times out and I get these two event ID's under Application

So far can't find anything...any ideas?
