Question : Physical Volume Library Drive, Backup Exec 12d

Good Day,
I could not find a working solution for my Problem, Regarding Backup Exec 12d for Windows Server.  The following error: Physical Volume Library Drive or Robotics paused, offline or Disabled.
System: Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition SP2, Backup Exec 12d for Windows Server,
with Overland Storage ARCvault Tape drive.
I can see the Tape drive in my Device Manager, I did try this solution http://www.symantec.com/connect/forums/physical-volume-library-robot-not-found-5
but did not help, and I reinstalled the Robotic Library with no Result.
Anything other than reinstalling the whole BE 12d would be great.

well working with tape libraries is not always happy going :(

we do face problem as well, but every time an upgrade activity of firmware / software let us solve the issue.

well with backup exec you can run live update utility of symantec which finds the updates on the web and let you install them on your system.

on backup exec server run backup exec
go to tools and than live updates...
