Question : How to manually install the {75a0fea7-d01e-48b3-ba36-8cbbdfeef1d6} ProjChangeRequestStatusList feature

We just recovered from a catastrophic restore of our MOSS farm. It is very basic. 1 web sever 1 database server. During the restore process we were forced to put the databases on a new server, and we also were forced to create a new "SharePoint_Config" database by using the STSADM commands. The farm is about 80% operational now.

My problem is there are some sites that when browsed display "Feature '75a0fea7-d01e-48b3-ba36-8cbbdfeef1d6' for list template '7147' is not installed in this farm."

These sites must be document libraries, I did not create them, but the users are telling me there are business critical documents in these sites. I can query the "AllDocs" table and see that [LeafName] column has document names...So documents have been added to those sites before the crash, at this point I do feel confident these were working sites before the crash.

I thought I might try to manually install the feature...but I can't see a folder named C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\12\TEMPLATE\FEATURES\[ProjChangeRequestStatusList] nor can I find the GUID in any of the Feature.xml files. I asked a friend to look at his MOSS farm in hopes he could copy the folder and send it over to me, but he also does not have the folder on his MOSS.

Is there a way to manually install this?
